We ship the orders in 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number. It will be usually delivered in 5-6 working days depending on your location.

We are sorry you have not had the best experience with regards to the delivery of your Vishkart order.

For us to help you in the best way possible, please write to us at info@vishkart.in with the issue with your order along with your order number, date of delivery, and picture of the products received. We will resolve your concern within 1 business day.

  • I had placed my order yesterday. How can I track it?

We ship the orders in 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number. It will be usually delivered in 4-6 working days depending on your location.

  • Can I get my order in 2 days?

We ship the orders in 2-3 business days after the order is placed. However, kindly share the order number once the order is placed, and we shall see what best we can do for you.

  • My order shows stuck in transit, what do i do?

Hey there! We are sorry to inform you that your order seems to be stuck in transit. Since this is due to the lockdown, the courier partners are not able to move the parcel further. We are afraid that the order can be delivered only after the lockdown is over.

  • How can I pay for may order?

You can pay for your order at checkout using any Mastercard/Visa card or Wallets.

 

If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and call us on  (9.30 AM – 6 PM) or mail us at info@glowsik , mentioning your order reference number, along with unboxing video (if you have accepted the delivery). We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.
